Brian is now the manager of the Business Dev dept at Enviro Master. Brian Lifchin has changed the pay structure. When I worked at Enviro Master we got paid $13/hr plus commission. Brian has changed that pay structure to no base pay. Brian is still making a base pay but not his employees. Why does Brian deserve a base pay but not his employees? He is a criminal, who steals from my past co-workers & fires them at will. Threatening to fire someone is not how you encourage employees. That is considered coercion.
